IN SHAPE
Već neko vreme sam želela da pričam na ovu temu, ali posebno nakon poslednjeg shooting-a koje sam radila pre nekih deset dana. Naime, kada sam radila slikanje za prehodni post, i kada sam tokom slikanja bacila pogled na slike, bila sam u fazonu ‘Štaaaa, jel sam ovo ja?’. A moji uobičajeni komentari bi bili ‘Jao vidi mi nogu kako mi je debela, jao ispao mi je stomak, jao kakva sam svinja’. Naprotiv, ovaj put sam se osećala dobro u svojoj koži. Bila sam ponosna na sav trud, rad i znoj koji sam uložila tokom godina da bih došla do željenog izgleda. Bila sam ponosna zato što radim na sebi. S jedne strane, kroz fizičku aktivnost, a sa druge strane, tako što se trudim da budem okružena pozitivnom energijom i da se osećam dobro iznutra.
Inače sam osoba koja nema mnogo samopouzdanja i uvek sam sebi užasna i debela, i sve najgore. Ali uvek se trudim da radim na sebi. Medjutim, kada se radi o fizičkom izgledu, nije dovoljno raditi samo iznutra. Da, treba prihvatiti svoje telo, ali to ne znači da ne treba i da radite na sebi.
Fizička aktivnost. Još od malih nogu sam bila aktivna. Nekada je to bio folklor, nekada odbojka, i ko zna šta sve nisam probala. U poslednje 2 i po godine intenzivno treniram. Kada kažem intenzivno, to znači 3 – 4 puta nedeljno. Ako uspem da odem 4 puta nedeljno, onda imam 3 različita treninga (jedan dan se fokusiram na donji deo tela, drugi dan na gornji itd) a četvrti trening je samo trčanje.
Danas mi je žao što nisam napravila ‘before and after’ sliku da vam pokažem, jer su rezultati zaista neverovatni. Mnoge devojke ne žele da idu u teretanu, jer misle da će se raskrupnjati. Medjutim to nema veze sa životom. A to znam po sebi. Sve što se promenilo na meni jeste da sam zategnuta i imam definiciju. Pritom sam za sve ovo vreme, ostala na istoj kilaži. Što praktično znači da sam smršala u odnosu na pre 2 godine, jer sada imam mnogo više mišića, koji su teži od masti.
Jeste, nekada me mrzi da odem, nekada mi je teško da radim, ali vrlo sam istrajna, i toliko se dobro osećam posle treninga, to je najbolji osećaj na svetu. Osećam se zdravo, ‘mršavo’, dobro, punom energije. Meni je odlazak u teretanu punjenje baterija. Iako se vratim fizički mrtva, napunim se pozitivnom energijom.
Trening mi u proseku traje između sat i sat i po vremena.  Jako bitna stvar: ako ste završili trening a niste se oznojili, to vam je isto kao i da niste trenirali. Tako da, dajte uvek 200% od sebe.
E sad. Trening sam po sebi nije dovoljan da bi vas doveo do željenog izgleda. Naime, ishrana igra ključnu ulogu. Da biste vašu liniju doveli do savršenstva, morate znati sledeće. 80% je ishrana, a 20% je vežbanje. Što dalje implicira, da možete i da spavate u teretani, ali ako se ne hranite zdravo i redovno, sve pada u vodu. Prema tome, cilj je: korigovati ishranu. Što ne znači biti na dijeti itd itd, već povesti računa o tome šta jedete, kad jedete i u kojim količinama. Za sebe mogu da kažem da se ne hranim baš po propisima, i znam da bih mogla još mnogo toga da promenim, medjutim trenutno sam potpuno zadovoljna svojim izgledom, tako da ponekad dozvolim sebi da jedem kasno, ili da pojedem fast food itd. Ali ono što je najbitnije jeste da se pridržavam nekih osnovnih pravila hrono ishrane (ako vas bude zanimalo nešto više o hrono ishrani, recite, pa to može biti tema nekog od narednih TT-a).
Poenta cele ove priče nisam ja i moje telo, nego motivacija. Motivišite sebe. Sat vremena uvek možete izdvojiti u toku dana, samo je pitanje volje. Najpre treba da budete aktivni zbog zdravlja, a onda zbog svega ostalog. Hey guys. So, I’ve wanted to talk about this for a long time, but especially after the shooting for my latest outfit post, which happened like 10 days ago. So, while shooting, I had a quick look on the pictures. And I was like ‘Damn, is this really me?’ My usual comments would be ‘Omg, my legs are just too fat’ or ‘omg my stomach is out’ or ‘damn I look like a pig!’. But this time, I just felt good in my own skin. I was proud of myself. Proud of all the work, sweat and effort I put into for the past couple of years, to get me to how I look today. I was proud of myself for working on myself. Not just from the outside, but from the inside also. 
I lack at having self confidence and I would always look fat and gross to myself. But I keep trying and working on myself so that could change. Yes, it is important to accept yourself for what you are and how you look, but it is also so important to work on yourself and change what you feel you should.
Physical activity. I’ve been active since I was a little girl. I trained folklore for 10 years, then volleyball, and God knows what other sports I’ve tried. But the point is to stay active no matter what. In the past two years I’ve been working out intensively. That means 3 to 4 times a week. If I succeed to do 4 times a week, then I’ve been doing upper body one day, then focusing on squats the other day and the fourth training would be jogging. 
I feel so stupid for not taking pics before I started the whole process, so I would have a ‘before and after’ pic now, because the results are so so amazing. I didn’t grow any bigger, I just have definition. And I didn’t get any weight at all, so that means I actually lost some weight because now I have so much more muscles and muscles have more weight than fat.
I admit, sometimes I just don’t feel like going, but I’m consistent because I see results and I feel so damn good after a good session. I just feel good, I feel healthy, ‘skinny’, I feel loaded with positive energy. And although I come home exhausted, I have so much positive energy. 

My workout session usually takes 60 to 90 mins. This is so important: if you’re done with workout and you are not sweaty, than you wasted your time. Always give 200% of yourself.
Now, you have to know that working out is not enough. Nutrition is so so important. If you want to lose weight or be fit, you have to know that 80% of the job is nutrition and just 20% is workout. So if you are eating unhealthy and you still workout a lot, that’s not gonna get you anywhere. So, eat healthy and workout! I don’t really eat super healthy, and there is a lot of things that I could change in my nutrition program, but since I’m happy with the results for now, once in a while I let myself eat junk food or eat late at night. That happens rarely, I promise.
The whole point of this post is not talking about me and my body, but motivating you. All of us can find an hour daily to workout, the only question is if you want to find time for that. You should be active because of your health first and then for all the other things. I hope you like this little chit- chit.
